GenAI ID — Privacy Policy

GenAI ID (account.genai.io.vn) is a single sign-on service. It lets you use one account to sign in to apps in the genai.io.vn family — such as KidSafe Play, iStudio and iFun. This policy explains what GenAI ID collects and how it is used. Each app you sign in to has its own privacy policy for what it does with your data after sign-in.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, a display name, and — if you register with a password — a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Social sign-in. If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider, solely to create and identify your GenAI ID account. We do not request or receive anything else, and we never post on your behalf.
• Session data. A sign-in token stored in a cookie so you stay logged in, plus minimal technical logs needed to operate the service securely.

How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To let you sign in to connected genai.io.vn apps.
• To send account emails you would expect — email verification and password resets.

What connected apps receive

When you sign in to an app with GenAI ID, that app receives a GenAI ID identifier for you and your basic profile (name, email, avatar). What the app then stores or does is governed by that app’s own privacy policy.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers strictly to run GenAI ID: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage) and our email provider (Resend) for account emails. Google and Facebook receive data only when you choose to sign in with them, under their own policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your GenAI ID account exists. You can delete it at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

Your choices

• Revoke GenAI ID’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or to your Facebook account in Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Request full deletion of your GenAI ID account (see below).

Children

GenAI ID is a general-purpose account service. Where a connected app is intended for children (for example KidSafe Play), that app’s own policy governs children’s use.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
