GenAI ID — Data Deletion

You can delete your GenAI ID account and the personal data it holds at any time.
How to request deletion
Email contact@genai.io.vn from the address on your GenAI ID account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will remove your GenAI ID profile — your name, email, avatar, any stored credentials, and active sessions — within 30 days and confirm by email.
What happens when you delete
- You will no longer be able to sign in to any connected app with GenAI ID.
- Data you created inside a connected app (for example KidSafe Play or iStudio) is held by that app, not by GenAI ID. To remove that too, use that app’s own data-deletion option or contact it directly.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
You can also revoke GenAI ID’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking stops future sign-in; to delete the data we already hold, send the email request above.
